Campsites have to be approved by board members even if you just camp in a tent for the night. No satellite camps.
Tree stands need to be marked legibly so that they can be read from the ground.
No hunting a club feeder, you must be at least 100 yards of a feeder using a blind or tree stand.
No guests are allowed in the hunting area during Archery, Muzzle Loading, or Spring Gobbler. There are no exceptions to this rule.
All bucks killed are required to be documented on the Harvest Record Sheets. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in the member not being able to renew his/her membership.
All camps and personal feeders must have a valid GPS location of file. If you have not completed your GPS locations, please do so and get them to FeLinda. Also all hunting stands and feeders must have the members name and phone number affixed to them. Stands and feeders with no name/number will be removed from the property.
Guest are at no time allowed to hunt, kill, or assist in the hunting or killing of any animal in the Glades County Fish and Game Club. Guests are to either stay at the camps or on the vehicle in which is traveling in the hunting area with a member. At no time may a guest be in possession of any bow, muzzle loader, shotgun, or pistol as this would indicate that the guest is hunting. Guest also may not assist in the capture or harvesting or any hog.
All dogs are required to have the members name and phone number on a collar affixed to the dog. No dogs are allowed in the club during Archery, Muzzle Loading or spring gobbler. If a member needs a dog for a fresh blood trail, then that member is to contact one of the officers of the club prior to entering the club with said dog.
$200 guest permit will also require 1 copy of the guests drivers license.
When buying a one day guest pass, have the guest save their permit and carry it back to the store and it will save time having to fill out more releases!
When buying your permit, you will also need to turn in GPS coordinates for your camp, feeders, and game stands.
If you have a game stand or a feeder, your name must be on them. If names are not put on them, they are coming down.
If you park a vehicle any where in the hunting area, you must have your name and phone number in plain sight.
New applications need to be turned in by the middle of April.
Children 15 and under are allowed to go with a Spring Gobbler permit holder but they ARE NOT allowed to hunt unless they have bought a child hunter permit.
No does are to be taken from the club even during special hunts!!
DO NOT have your tree stand by a club feeder.
It is MANDATORY to have a fire extinguisher and water on your buggy
Shotguns and pistols are only allowed during general gun season. NO MUZZLELOADING!!
It would be a benefit to put breaks on your buggy in the next year.
Make you buy a deer permit of $5.00 when you buy your hunting license.
Off road vehicles being allowed in the hunting area. (Polaris, Gators, etc.)
